The time we spent with Karissa was more than just buying a house and that was apparent from the very moment we met her. Our story was quite unique as my husband and I met her separately, as we one of us always seems to be travelling! She instantly showed kindness, respect, and an amazing bubbly personality. When we first started looking at houses it would be a late night drive down from Spruce Grove. Karissa was more than happy to accommodate late nights for us! She was great at managing our expectations and listening to our needs! When our house went pending and it was “go time”, she turned it into high gear and marathon led house hunted. But Karissa was calm through every turn and obstacle. As a first time homebuyer, I had lots of questions and she never made me feel stupid about any one of them but instead answered them in detail.
